WOMEN SUPPORTING WOMEN WITH PERSONAL ADVISORY BOARDS

PEER TO PEER COACHING

The old maxim "it's lonely at the top" is not a mere cliché. For women leaders its can be even more exacerbating, we are fewer at the tables and in boardroom, we have to juggle with work life balance and many of us have dual careers at home. To make the ride easier, come build a Personal Advisory Board with us. PAB is PWIs unique and exclusive one year paid program for exceptional women leaders who bring along rich experiences, a strong desire and will to succeed; and a commitment to support other women along their journeys. seniors from across industries to share their experiences.

We launched project KNOCK KNOCK to bring more women into advisory roles! This helps us build the pipeline for future board roles. The philosophy is simple, we knock (shamelessly) at doors and seize opportunities if they don’t come to us. With the project we have brought in opportunities for our members to become advisors and mentors at globally renowned Accelerators and Venture Capital Firms.

We provide Though Leadership platforms for our members to make their voices and opinions heard. With our Thought Leadership forums we are on a mission to bring more visibility to the experience, wealth of knowledge of #PowerWomen from across the globe and also to make their voices and perspectives heard.

MANELS leave out half of the world's population unrepresented and unheard! So how can they be powerful when the perspective shared is so narrow? At #powerwomen, we have been building a pipeline of thought leaders under the project #PowerPanels. This year we collaborated with #asiaberlinsummit to bring diverse thought leaders from our talent pool to the summit. 

Let's say NO to #MANELS. Let's say yes to #PowerPanels
